Carne Asada
I just moved from Texas up here to Washington. Naturally the Mexican food down there is extremely authenticate and deciduous. My biggest concern moving up north is that lack of Hispanic food available. Right next to my work I saw Cielo standing there, the vibe looked inviting so on lunch break I wondered in and was ready to critic and compare to how it stands with the Hispanic food I've been consuming all my life. To my surprise Cielo tasted extremely authentic and just like home. I've tried other Mexican restaurants in the area and have came to the realization that my first stop at Cielo was the only place I needed to go to satisfy my mexican food cravings. Every week at work during lunch i've brought over a co-worker to open their eyes to what they have been missing out on. Extremely happy to have them so close by.
Mexican Chopped Salad
I recently tried the Mexican chopped salad with chicken, and it was a delightful surprise! The salad was fresh and vibrant, with a perfect balance of textures. Crisp romaine lettuce, juicy mango, and jicama created a satisfying base, while the grilled chicken added a smoky, savory flavor that complemented the tangy mango vinaigrette. The generous sprinkle of cerry tomatoes, cucumber, and watermelon radishes gave it just the right amount of kick. Each bite felt like a burst of flavors, from the creamy avocado to the organic mixed greens. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and well-seasoned, elevating the dish even further. This salad was both light yet filling, making it a great option for a healthy, flavorful meal. Highly recommend for anyone craving a delicious, refreshing take on a classic Mexican dish!

Avocado Tostada Salad
I ordered it as a side salad but it's a hardy meal on its own. The dressing was was amazing! I'm not really sure what it was, but I'd like to buy some to take home!
